Summertime is the perfect time for weddings; it’s warm, friends and family are able to travel to celebrate with you, and you are able to pack your swimsuit and sundresses rather than jackets and boots. We love summer because of the beautiful bouquets, color palettes, and sophisticated yet understated bridal style. Katie + Ryan’s vision was the perfect representation of what an elegant and modern yet laid back summer wedding should be. 

While Katie’s bridesmaids wore beautiful black dresses, they were perfectly tailored for the summer with sleeveless and strapless designs. Katie looked timeless and elegant with a low chignon with a few loose curls for a relaxed yet sophisticated look. She loves listening to beauty podcasts and so we created an enhanced eye with a little smokiness in the outer corner to give her a slightly bumped up look. Katie also took great care of her skin leading up to the wedding so very light coverage was needed for a fresh and glowing face. 

We are blessed to be able to work with the best wedding professionals in the industry and help our clients’ vision come to life and I always reflect on just how grateful I am for the clients that we have the privilege of working with. These women truly ignite my passion for doing what I do and remind me of my purpose in life. Thank you so much to Katie and Ryan and we wish you a happy one year anniversary and many more to come.
